Summer 2017
Completed as a preliminary concept to sell a feasibility study for a large block of thirty units on an irregular corner lot on a busy thoroughfare, these sketches show a stripped down California modernist stack towards the street while fleshing out the back in a traditional brick-lined courtyard.
